Purpose and legal basis of data processing

As part of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship, the data provided by you or your employees or collected by us will be processed. The data is processed in particular by storing it in our internal system. The data is used by our internal departments and by our project teams to create contracts, invoices and for correspondence purposes in the course of concluding the contract and in the context of carrying out our orders. The data provided by you or collected by us is necessary to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures.

Storage period

We store your data until our contractual relationship has finally ended. If statutory retention and storage periods require this, or if we have a legitimate interest in further storing the data, the data will be stored beyond the contractual relationship in accordance with the statutory requirements and deleted after these periods have expired.

External recipients of the data

For certain data processing purposes, we will forward the data to our tax advisor if this is necessary. If this is necessary due to legal regulations, documents containing your data will also be forwarded to external bodies (e.g. tax office).

If the respective project contract provides for the use of contract processors, we will also make the data available to our contract processors if this is necessary for the performance of the contract.

The data you provide will be processed as part of the application process. The data is processed in particular by storing it in our systems, by screening it by employees of our internal departments and also serves to establish contact for the purposes of appointment coordination and negotiation.

Storage period

We store your data until the application process has been completed. If you agree to this, the data will also be kept on file for a specific, expressly agreed period for future application processes. You will give your consent separately.

1.2. The protection and security of your personal data is important to us. Improove therefore stores and processes data exclusively in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. You as a user agree to the data processing in accordance with this declaration.

1.3. Every visit to this website is logged; in particular, the IP address is stored and processed for the purpose of optimizing the user-friendliness of the Improove website.

1.4. Improove does not create personal user profiles.

1.5. All website areas can be accessed without logging in.

Stored data

2.1 The Improove website stores and processes the following personal data when you visit our websites:

2.1.1. Server logs: The IP address of the requesting computer, together with the date, time, request, which file is requested (name and URL), the amount of data transferred to you, a message indicating whether the request was successful, identification data of the browser and operating system used, and the website from which access was made (if access was made via a link). The server logs are stored in order to be able to check system security, to technically administer the websites and to optimize the service. This data will be passed on to the law enforcement authorities should there be a hacking attack. No further transfer to third parties will take place. The server logs are stored for a maximum of 60 days.

2.1.2. Cookies: Cookies are small text files that the Improove website stores on your computer in order to recognize it and can contain information about the use of the website. The information contained in the cookies is used to determine whether you are logged in (affects website administrators) or which CMS-based settings, such as preferred language, you have already made. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. You can avoid this by changing the settings in your browser. Improove is committed to protecting data against unauthorized access in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
